Unexpected dinner

Since I get grown older, it's not easy to call up some friends we have without planing ahead, but I do and always try haha!! I used to be that kind of person who prefer a perfect set up to surprise others. Again, not any more ;-) 

After almost 2 years in this town, I wouldn't call I get too busy but I just feel like to do something difference; new habit, new routine, new place (sometimes just to check out), but an old friend (very old) haha!! So, just go and check it out!!  Hope none of them get to read this. 

Here, this is the place that I love the mood and tone of the store but I am not going to mention how the owner treat. Staff service is good, interior is good, but poor parking area and the taste of the food is not constantly served. 

    However, the owner has good taste in

    selecting all appliances and container.

    The very small detail has been considered such as ingredient and so on. But I found it's shown different quality or different taste. 

   All in all, the best time to have a good appetite is an expected friend who would join. It's taste good because we eat our happiness...

Pad Thai

Thai Noodle or Pad Thai

Famous dish that I can't live without it haha!! Sounds like I am over exaggerated. In Ubon, I found my favorite restaurant. It's an old style Thai noodle shop that used to have banana leaf to wrap the noodle, but not any more. 

However, it's never been tasteless at all. It's from one generation to another and one another until today. I have Pad Thai from the 3rd generation. 

My sister and I love oyster so, we had our special order with oyster on top. speechless... You should try!! 

My new activity

Upgrade my capability of knowing and getting to know such a upcoming new technology of 2D and 3D class is not that hard. But it requires more creativity and handheld skills a lot for me. 

Most importantly, I am getting to know someone new, Khun Nian, and all my lovely teachers there. Can't wait to see my new project on 3D 

New friends, new adventure

Such a short visit but it's warm hospitality to my new friends from the other coast. On her working hour, she end her conversation, "see you at Vancouver" haha!! I love that voice and sound. Thank you P'Steph and K. Ice as well. See you soon.

Recall the old memory

Once in a while, I had a chance to visit such a lovely restaurant in town, named Fern Hut. It reminded me of the old memory when I was a senior high school not far from there. 

Even more an upside down cake recalled the old memory of my very first recipe I would like to bake. I think it's time to taste it my own again ^__^
