Authentic Southern Food Lover

This spicy dish is kind of famous dish not only among southern people, the neighbor countries people, and Thais, but also tourists who get a chance to visit the southern part of Thailand.

I made khoa-yum with fried-rice in my own style here. You would imagine how much it tastes. The appearance is pretty much the same because you wouldn't recognize there is fried-rice underneath that.

Vegetarian fest, here!!!

Every October of each year, many Chinese born Thai or the pure Chinese, I would call, who lives in Thailand enjoys their vegetarian dishes. It's amazing to see lots of them with different favor, and several dishes were invented to look a lot like normal dishes with meat yum!!!

I don't know exactly how many people join this fest. But it seems like many Thai people consider this fest as a health conscious. 10 days of having vegetarian meal might be a regular routine for someone, but some others may find it's a personal sacrifice.

My Dream Space

What is a wonderful world to live in our dream space...
I found my dream space from a Thai magazine, baan-lae-suan.
Let's look at a long table.  I have dreamed about it for years and still want to get one some days. The concrete wall is about fashion design for home office, but in this design I really love the style. Bed and other home decors just about to tell, it's me.  I got into it and totally continue my dream space in my mind. What do you think?

My Taste of Love

Lovely meal on my way to countryside. A cozy restaurant   :-)
Thai people love to see a fish sauce as a side dish in every meal.
We don't actually drink alcohol with regular meal but fruit juice.

Then, a homie salad I made before the main course at home.
We love our salad in western style but we had it with Japanese salad dressing.

Here are two dishes made from my friends' I believe everyone loves to
feel that we had a home-made foods from a mom of our friends :-)
Many Thai advertisement put this feeling to the theme since the past.

Japanese dishes from small restaurant around the country are pretty much the same.
Well, the better taste means paying more...
